Lead enterprise Agentic AI strategy, architecture, engineering and enablement, including developing the department's adopted AI strategy and leading a multidisciplinary 12-person AI engineering capability. Designed the target architecture for a centralized Microsoft Foundry-based Agentic AI platform with reusable agents, governed lifecycle management, and secure enterprise integration.

Provide fractional-CTO-style technology strategy, AI product roadmaps, architecture and delivery leadership across commercial and public-sector initiatives. Lead build-vs-buy and vendor decisions, and design and deliver AI-native products spanning agentic automation, enterprise RAG, forecasting, and computer vision.

Managed daily operations of a 6-FTE cross-functional technical team supporting mission-critical global platforms and high-volume digital communications. Led technology evaluations, architecture, delivery planning, risk/impact assessments, upgrades and transition into sustainable program operations.

Led Security Operations Centre modernization spanning procurement, budget oversight, secure communications and multi-agency stakeholder engagement. Received an Assistant Deputy Minister Award of Excellence for project management and leadership.

Led a 38-member multidisciplinary technology program with a $4M budget, including delivery, resource planning, technology priorities and executive stakeholder relationships. Program recognized with a Government of Canada GTEC Innovation Award.

Delivered large-scale content, search, metadata/taxonomy and enterprise information systems. Contributed to an Internet Improvement Project recognized with a GTEC Gold Medal.
