I’m looking for a team where I can ship agentic systems and production RAG end-to-end in regulated environments—pairing grounded generation with strong evaluation gates and security guardrails, while scaling reusable platform primitives.

I’m a Senior AI Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering and 3+ years shipping production LLM systems and agentic workflows in regulated environments. I own the work from architecture through build, evaluation, and deployment—grounding generation, designing retrieval and workflow feedback loops, and ensuring multi-model solutions perform reliably.

I’ve built production RAG on Azure AI Search with pgvector/PostgreSQL (and also Pinecone and Weaviate), plus multi-agent systems on LangGraph and related frameworks, including an LLM-powered “Dev Team” of planning, code-editing, code-review, documentation, and test-writing agents. I also create evaluation harnesses (gold sets, scoring rubrics, regression checks, and human-in-the-loop review) and ship security-by-design guardrails—PII handling, prompt-injection defenses, output validation, and audit trails—backed by 120+ production deployments and zero compliance incidents.
