I seek a leadership role in logistics or shipping where I can drive operations, cost control and business development in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team that values knowledge-sharing and initiative.

I am a logistics and shipping professional with extensive experience in route planning, cost control, pricing, invoicing and financial control of transport operations. I lead teams with a structured, solution-oriented approach and a focus on clear goals.

I have practical shipbroking and chartering experience, having developed exporter and trader portfolios, prepared market reports, performed shipping calculations and negotiated charterparty terms. I combine market analysis with active business development to grow networks and revenue.

My background also includes administrative management in taxi and transport operations, general accounting, billing, discrepancy management and customer care—skills I use daily to ensure operational accuracy and strong client relationships.

I value hectic, responsibility-driven environments where knowledge-sharing is encouraged; I bring initiative, creativity and high energy, and I communicate fluently in Norwegian, English and Russian.
