What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where I can lead teams, improve 3D content quality and workflows, build strong relationships, and take on new challenges.

At Cylindo (Chaos), I progressed from 3D Modeling QA Artist to Product Team Lead, leading a team of 15 3D artists, QA, and Content Loading specialists.

I review 3D assets for topology, UV mapping, texture quality, and material application, while setting quality standards and improving processes to reduce errors and improve model accuracy. I manage timelines, delegate work, optimize workflows, and collaborate with developers and designers to align delivery with company goals.

Earlier, I retouched photographs at Photo Studio Ilcho and contributed to student activity management software at Megasoft using C#, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. I'm organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated by collaborative, fast-paced work.
