I’m a GoHighLevel implementation specialist and full-stack developer focused on building CRM systems, workflows, funnels, landing pages, lead routing, AI-assisted qualification flows, and conversion tracking infrastructure from scratch. I set up GoHighLevel roles around CRM setup, workflow automation, agency-level administration, and clean system organization.
In my ongoing GoHighLevel work for a real estate agency in Brazil, I built the CRM environment from scratch—pipelines, opportunity stages, users, permissions, tags, custom fields, forms, landing pages, conversations, and internal notifications. I also created automations for lead capture, qualification, follow-up sequences, task creation, pipeline movement, and team alerts, so the commercial team can monitor opportunities with consistency.
As a GoHighLevel white-label SaaS/agency project technical coordinator, I manage the technical side of multi-subaccount operations using snapshots, demo accounts, domain/email subdomain configuration, and phone/WhatsApp integrations. I coordinate standards and execution, prepare demo environments for sales, and build client setup processes (CRM configuration, AI setup, workflows, knowledge bases, support structure, naming conventions, and QA) before delivery.
My software engineering background strengthens GoHighLevel delivery when projects require more than standard configuration: AWS, Nuxt.js/Vue.js, Node.js, REST APIs, webhooks, Stripe billing, and OpenAI integrations. I bring the ability to troubleshoot technically, bridge platform work with developer-level problem solving, and ship production-ready SaaS capabilities.
