What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a hands-on role that uses my blend of financial acumen and field expertise.

At Capital Contractor Services, I prepare construction bids and cost estimates and reconcile multimillion-dollar jobs from inception to closeout.

I manage accounts payable and receivable, allocate incoming funds to job codes, and maintain records for monthly client billing. I also work with the CFO on financial reports presented to company officers and project managers.

For project documentation, I conduct drone operations for job-site records and safety assessments, as well as social media and advertising content. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.

At BC Restaurant Group LLC, I handled kitchen operations, including food ordering, cost control, staff scheduling, and pay rates; I continue part-time. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPerfect.
