I’m an enterprise program management leader with 25+ years driving execution, governance, organizational change, and operational results across complex, multi-business-unit environments. As a daily AI practitioner, I apply generative AI to PMO operations, governance design, and methodology development—integrating AI and automation across program analysis, executive reporting, and delivery transparency.
I established and transformed PMO structures, designed and scaled horizontal governance frameworks and operating models, and built integrated reporting frameworks that improve executive visibility for data-driven decisions. Most recently, as Director, Enterprise Program Management Office (2025–Present), I stood up governance from inception across eight lines of business, developed automated Smartsheet-based executive dashboards, architected a business transformation portfolio roadmap, and led structured recovery for high-risk programs to stabilize delivery and transition ownership.

Delivered complex, full-lifecycle enterprise implementation projects for Fortune 500 clients, managing scope, schedule, financials, risk, and stakeholder alignment. Drove project recovery and improved project management processes and tooling through governance tollgates, transparent risk communications, and structured training and feedback loops.
