What I'm looking for

I'm looking to troubleshoot complex SaaS, integration, and cloud platform issues, collaborate closely with engineering, and create clear documentation that improves product adoption and customer self-service.

At Tackle/AppDirect, I troubleshoot platform and integration issues across AWS, Azure, and GCP Marketplaces, replicating customer environments and validating system behavior.

Previously at Conga, I investigated complex client defects through controlled testing, configuration and integration troubleshooting, and detailed engineering escalations. I also authored more than 200 technical knowledge base articles that standardized resolutions and improved self-service.

I bring 15 years of enterprise customer support experience, with a focus on reproducible technical findings, root-cause analysis, and clear explanations of workarounds and prevention steps.
