I’m looking for a dynamic, fast-paced organization where I can grow while delivering accurate customer support and compliant air cargo/logistics operations—booking, documentation, tracking, and coordination—to help shipments move smoothly.

I’m a customer-focused logistics professional with hands-on experience in air cargo back-office support and import/export transit coordination. I handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot shipment issues, and keep cargo moving with timely booking and follow-up.

In my recent role, I manage cargo services end to end—arranging shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, issuing documentation, calculating costs and charges, and coordinating with other departments to support smooth air cargo operations. I also track shipment status and delivery to provide accurate updates and reliable service.

Previously as an import, export and transit clerk, I opened and maintained files in systems, tracked shipments using shipping line sources, collected cargo manifests, and supported document handover for declaration and registration. I also prepared daily status reports for clients, followed up on shipping line charges and payments for releases, handled delivery order readiness, ensured cargo verification and release at ICD, and managed empty container and deposit follow-ups—while booking sea freight exports, supervising loading, submitting shipping instructions, and tracking OBLs to destination.
