Assuming all design and UX responsibilities on an innovative people management application.

Updating a pre-existing web application and adding a native mobile app with multiple user types.

Helping steer the user experience of a variety of different multi-national web-based projects in the financial trading sector. Designing a number of applications for financial trading applications (primarily FX trading) and international banks around the world, many of which have hundreds of thousands of users.

Working with a small team to create and roll out Common UI, CME's design system.

Acting as design lead covering all in-house design requirements over an array of disciplines. I helped conceptualise, prototype, develop and iterate applications in the education and automotive industry.

This was my first experience of taking and idea through to acquisition. We sold an innovative app that delivered key metrics about any car to a leading automotive marketplace company.

Helping steer the user experience of a variety of different web-based projects in an associate capacity. The associate position essentially acts as a first point of call, If Fathom need extra help with a project or application, the associates are a phone call away.

Starting as a founding team member as design lead. Early work began with designing flowcharts and sketches and transitioning into designing core functional product screens and assuming initial brand and marketing responsibilities, including a strong corporate identity.

Design lead with all UI/UX + art direction responsibilities (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, HTML, CSS & JavaScript) websites, advertising campaigns, company videos, conference stands + packs, brochures, promotional items, eshots + email marketing.
