I built an AI content engine at ferdi.photography that drove 1,000,000+ Instagram impressions in June 2026 and supports a 40,000+ follower audience.

My automation practice turns talking-head recordings into whiteboard-visualised long-form videos, shorts, carousels, and publishing workflows. I reduced manual content work by about 90%, reclaimed roughly 80 hours a month, and cut carousel production from six hours to 30 minutes per post.

I’ve replaced paid CRM, auto-editing, photo-sorting, and auto-cropping tools with in-house systems, eliminating $5,000+ a year in subscriptions. I also orchestrate 30+ asynchronous AI agents for research, scoring, QA, and production, using evaluation loops and fail-closed checks.

Before AI automation, I spent 16+ years behind the camera and built a photography business delivering 3,000+ events, around 4.5M photos, and leading a 20–30 person team. I bring practical creative direction, production experience, and a focus on systems that do real work.
