At ENVISION HEALTHCARE, I led coordinated planning and deployment activities for enterprise email, Active Directory, UPN, profile, and MX cutovers. The initiatives supported 9,700+ mailbox migrations, 9,400+ identity and profile migrations, and 1,300+ workstation and device migrations with 99–100% deployment success.
I independently managed EPMG, EMSC, and Infinity technology workstreams and led the POP migration through planning, requirements coordination, implementation, and operational handoff. I also coordinated testing, phased releases, UAT, and operational transitions, using ServiceNow and ServiceNow SPM alongside Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
