At G2IT, LLC, I sustain and enhance the U.S. House of Representatives’ House Identity Hub (IDHub), supporting identity management operations for House personnel. I administer production Helix configurations and maintain applications including the CAO Personnel Security Badge Console v3 and Crosswalk Verify Identity.
At Charter Communications, I served as lead developer for enterprise Remedy environments processing over 2,000 incidents daily. I spearheaded development for a $25 million integration initiative connecting Charter and Comcast systems through REST APIs and Remedy workflows, and developed customer outage applications.
At the Department of the Navy, I designed and deployed Government Cloud BMC SaaS Helix capabilities for Service Desk, Knowledge Management, and Change Management. I also facilitated the migration from legacy Remedy to Helix and consolidated multiple organizational tenants.
Earlier, I engineered and sustained enterprise BMC Remedy ITSM environments at Defense Logistics Agency, and implemented Remedy systems for the Office of Personnel Management, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Institute for Defense Analyses. My work has included enterprise integrations, workflow development, application support, and ITSM modernization.
