What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own marketing and admissions strategy, scale first-year enrollment with strong digital and television campaigns, and contribute through teaching and education programs that develop students’ real-world skills.

I’m the Marketing and Admissions Director at ITV in Guayaquil, where I redesign admissions strategies and develop traditional and digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness across television and social media. I’ve led work that contributed to a 30% increase in first-year student enrolments, and helped ITV reach the highest number of Instagram followers in Ecuador in 2018.

I also support student success through teaching and continuing education. As a part-time professor, I teach Business Management, Market Research, and Professional Ethics, and I’ve initiated the continuing education program—reaching over 400 registered students—while developing courses in photography, sports journalism, voice modulation, singing, and acting for kids and teenagers to strengthen communication skills.
