Before my current role, I worked in Perceived Quality & Craftsmanship at Jaguar Land Rover and led perceived-quality attributes at Group Lotus.
At Groupe Renault, I progressed from Automotive Designer to Automotive Perceived Quality Engineer and Automotive Perceived Quality Leader.
I began improving public-transportation vehicles through computer-aided design and rapid prototyping, and I also contribute through British Red Cross volunteering.
