Led delivery of premium interior door trim systems through concept, validation and production release, ensuring programme milestones were achieved within timing and cost targets. Developed design specifications and facilitated cross-functional design reviews for BIW.

Concept development and design finalization for new variants, providing optimized and cost-effective design solutions. Part of cross-functional team for cab project development, ensuring homologation approvals and system integration with chassis, engine, electricals, and body.

Led BIW cabin design for global harvesting machines for European and Asian markets, directing CAD teams for packaging, closures, and installation studies. Coordinated with German and French R&D teams for cross-border engineering and managed BIW sheet metal, plastic, casting, and drivetrain component development.

Contributed to next generation HCV BIW cabin design including concept, validation, and launch. Executed BOM creation, ECN/ECO release, DFMEA, and APQP activities, and supported exhaust system design, SPR, and NVH improvements.

Concept design, packaging study, proto built, design release, and implementation for LCV segment. Generated manufacturing drawings with GD&T as per ASME Y14.100 standard and performed field failure analysis for seat frame.

Led cross-functional meetings to address field concerns, assembly issues, and new design reviews. Presented multiple trim design concepts for different variants in the MUV vehicle program and designed and released BIW, closures, and floor layout drawings.
