At DeGould, I lead commercial delivery governance for active customer programmes, ensuring proposals are deliverable, change is priced, and margin is protected throughout the lifecycle. I built the operating system for pipeline tracking, account playbooks, deal qualification, and CRM while leading and developing a three-person team.

Previously at Nikon Metrology, I established a delivery team and directed bespoke automotive measurement programmes across the UK and Europe to acceptance while maintaining scope and budget. I built partner capacity for solution-based projects and managed programme relationships with OEMs including JLR, BMW, Aston Martin Lagonda, Nissan, Tesla, Lotus, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley.

I built Jaguar Land Rover's in-line metrology capability and its governance processes from supplier quotation through system buy-off. Before that, I spent twelve years at Perceptron managing concurrent measurement-system installations across the US and Mexico from initiation to final customer acceptance.
