What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can own quality and training—using QA calibration, scorecards, and performance metrics to improve CSAT, agent performance, and onboarding speed for global teams.

I’m a trilingual customer experience professional with 5+ years of progressive experience across frontline customer support and quality assurance/training operations for global accounts. I leverage deep service expertise to design and deliver high-impact training programs, QA frameworks, and process improvements for multinational clients including CITIBANK, PINTEREST, and HARMAN AUDIO.

In my current role, I build onboarding and instructional content, develop evaluation scorecards and calibration sessions, and use performance metrics to find coaching opportunities that improve CSAT, QA scores, AHT, and FCR. I also translate customer feedback into actionable training—combining hands-on support with analytical rigor to drive measurable results.
