André Giacomucci

I’m currently working as the Design system lead working in Norma (Remote’s design system) and as Staff product design the Web Experience product team.

I’ve worked in the Time and Attendance product team enhancing the experience of employees and employers around Time off and Time tracking functionalities.

I’ve worked in several cross-platform initiatives to improve existing features and creating new ones. I redesigned the whole course experience for iOS & Android apps and the new wishlist feature launched on iOS & Android apps.

My work was focused on creating the Design System for a global e-commerce, setting design tokens, defining Figma library file structure and component naming conventions, creating component documentation and the design handbook (team best practices).

I’ve worked in several initiatives alongside product designers and engineers from gathering business and clients requirements, proposing and prioritizing solutions, designing and implementing solutions in production, and following up on the performance of the proposed solutions.

For 9 years, I led a small team of 3-6 people (designers and engineers) in:
› 25 e-commerce projects
› 80 web design projects
› 70 brand design projects
