I've led finance, operations, and growth across VAMED Group companies, including serving as Managing Director of VAMED Shared Services and AMED Healthcare Services in South Africa.
At VAMED, I built and led its first shared-services company for two major group businesses, overseeing a team of 35 and centralising finance, legal, and HR functions. I supported growth of the consolidated service business from more than €94M in 2008 to €1.7B by 2023 while the number of consolidated companies grew from 7 to approximately 97.
I've managed IFRS reporting, local-GAAP financial statements, liquidity, tax planning, audits, budgeting, forecasting, banking relationships, financing structures, and financial risk management. I also led international negotiations and transactions, including VAMED's first sale-and-leaseback transactions and €6M+ in EU subsidies for a hospital reconstruction project in Central Bohemia.
My work spans healthcare, shared services, food, media, auditing, and international development. I bring practical board-level advice, multilingual international negotiation experience, and a focus on linking strategy with operational execution.
