I led expansion to Vienna and established affiliated companies in Slovakia and Bulgaria.

At Gemma Putz GmbH, I led business transformation and operations initiatives that contributed to a documented 30% revenue increase through process and commercial improvements. I also managed stakeholder communication, contract negotiations, risk resolution, and owner coaching.

Through IMPROACTYON, I advise SMEs on restructuring, financing, liquidity planning, controlling, pricing, digital workflows, and commercial decision-making. Most recently, as CFO at Prosy Packaging, I implemented profitability controls, improved accounting processes, and supported financial strategy with banks and tax advisors.
