At Cegeka Austria I designed, implemented and automated the Austrian entity's finance processes, reporting and internal controls end to end for the international group, and led the migration of all financial data onto the Group's ERP platform, Microsoft Dynamics365, including the change management as well as established the entity's KPI and management reporting — monthly management reports, profitability analyses and ad-hoc analyses — and delivered group reporting into Group Corporate Finance & Consolidation, reporting directly to the Cegeka Group's Global Finance Team Lead.

At HPYBET Austria I drove budgeting, forecasting and group reporting, including variance analysis and commentary on deviations and owned the monthly and year-end close in SAP under Austrian GAAP, steering the reconciliation of receivables, payables, accruals, fixed assets and capital interests against cash and bank accounts, and controlling intercompany balances and capital expenditure (leading the finance team). Led the migration onto SAP S/4HANA, introducing new finance processes and reporting.
