I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and executive decision support—using analytics and BI dashboards to improve planning accuracy, cash visibility, and performance tracking. Open to remote and international opportunities.

I’m a strategic finance professional with experience spanning financial planning and analysis (FP&A), analytics, and executive leadership. I turn financial data into actionable insights, improving reporting efficiency while supporting business growth.

Currently, I serve as Lead financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multi-unit healthcare operations. I develop and implement financial models to improve cash flow visibility and planning accuracy, and I streamline reporting through BI dashboards for real-time performance tracking.

Previously, as a Financial Specialist, I collected, validated, and analyzed financial and operational data, automated recurring management reports, supported forecasting, and provided recommendations on key financial indicators. Earlier roles as a Financial Analyst and Reporting & Analytics specialist strengthened my budgeting and forecasting support through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and cost optimization—backed by a BA in Economics from Tbilisi State University.
