At Delsud, I lead the design of native digital wallets from the first sketch through release on Google Play and the App Store. I define product and technology strategy and roadmaps, and work with a cross-functional team using Scrum and Kanban.
I introduced AI agents and automation tools to optimize processes and reduce delivery times. I also implemented productivity and quality KPIs to support continuous improvement across the team.
Before Delsud, I managed digital projects at LIMBO and led international UX/UI projects at iMCreateLLC. My selected product work includes a booking SaaS for hair salons, a personal finance app in production, and a CRM for insurance brokers.
