I've built fintech growth, risk, and go-to-market strategies across GCC, Europe, and Southeast Asia. As a fractional CXO, angel investor, and advisor, I work on SME payments and lending, digital invoice factoring, and digital crypto and fiat payments.

I scaled a digital invoice-factoring platform to $300k ARR with 0% defaults, building its risk policy, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring from zero. I also reduced digital onboarding from 6–10 weeks to five minutes through streamlined KYC/KYB, decisioning rules, and UX flow, and supported seed and Series B fundraising rounds.

At BCG, I built the Middle East Risk practice from greenfield to more than $5M in revenue and a $50M-plus pipeline in its first year. My work included launching a digital SME bank in KSA, supporting foreign-bank market entry, leading bank M&A and post-merger integration, and delivering retail revenue and credit-pricing programs across CEE.

Earlier at Oliver Wyman, I led banking and insurance strategy, credit, risk, analytics, capital, and regulatory projects across Europe and Asia. I hold MSc and BSc degrees in Mathematics from Università di Torino.
