At Janus Capital Strategy, I develop B2B partnerships across MENA and structure fiat-to-crypto payment solutions. I also support international clients with UAE company formation and banking onboarding.
I work on KYC/KYB and AML-FCT strategies, and participate with a law firm in VARA and MiCA license acquisition processes. I coordinate the commercial cycle with legal and compliance partners.
I founded YEM Patrimoine, an independent wealth advisory firm registered with ORIAS under CIF status and regulated by the AMF. I built its private client portfolio from zero, advised on multi-asset allocation, and produced its regulatory documentation; the firm was sold in July 2025.
Earlier, I advised affluent clients at MTD Finance and became the firm’s top producer within my first year of practice. My background also includes business intelligence consulting for Airbus and other clients, as well as teaching banking regulation and compliance at ESBanque.
