I've led strategic finance, capital raising, M&A, treasury, and investment platforms across the GCC, UK, Europe, and international markets, raising and deploying more than $20B across sovereign, institutional, private equity, and structured finance transactions.

At Terminus International, I led IPO readiness for a planned $700M listing, closed a $220M pre-IPO Series D++ round, and built the GCC/MENA business unit to an estimated $200M valuation. Previously, I led investment banking at Halkin Investments, served as CEO of Allied Investment Partners, and raised $150M+ in structured debt at Gulftainer to support acquisitions across Saudi Arabia and the USA.

My work includes a $1B sovereign loan for Angola's Ministry of Finance, $250M raised for Pulkovo Airport, a $200M co-investment programme with Oman Investment Authority, and IFC loan restructuring in Iraq that generated $3M+ in interest savings. I work with boards, regulators, sovereign-linked stakeholders, and institutional investors to strengthen governance, unlock growth, and deliver commercially measurable outcomes.
