At Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and NMRTC Great Lakes, I managed vitals, immunizations, EKG assistance, medical charting, recruit documentation, and patient scheduling. I helped expedite more than 550 recruit separation forms, created over 1,600 medical-waiver submissions, and trained over 40 corpsmen and naval medical officers on Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine procedures.

In patient assistance support, I handle high-volume inbound calls, application documentation, insurance and prior authorization questions, medication refills, and coordination with pharmacy teams through Five9 and Salesforce.
