As a passionate Life Skills Instructor at Stepping Stone Resources Inc., I create engaging lesson plans that empower intellectually disabled adults to learn essential life skills. My experience includes teaching a variety of subjects such as art, math, and English, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience tailored to each client's needs.

Previously, I worked as a Behavioral Technician, where I conducted at-home visits for young children, implementing individualized programs that focused on socialization and communication skills. My commitment to fostering non-violent self-expression and providing behavioral tools has been instrumental in my approach to teaching and support.

With a strong foundation in psychology from my studies at San Francisco State University, I am dedicated to enhancing the lives of those I work with through effective communication and positive reinforcement strategies. I am also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients and families.
