Ando Heriliva

I’m a data analyst and IT operator with experience supporting banks and microfinance institutions through client onboarding, performance monitoring, and actionable analytics. I focus on turning customer and financial data into insights that drive development decisions.

At CRIF Madagascar, I manage client portfolios spanning 12 banks, 30 microfinance institutions, and other financial stakeholders. I analyze client data, create and improve performance dashboards, and support institutions with training and ongoing guidance—contributing to significant annual revenue growth.

I also help strengthen governance and reporting by building and maintaining analysis tools under Banque Centrale regulation, including periodic monitoring of financial history updates and declarations. I listen to stakeholders’ development needs and collaborate with technical and development teams to integrate new functionalities through digital transformation projects.

Previously as an Account Manager at Bank of Africa, I partnered with marketing and product teams to launch offers, identify cross-selling opportunities via client analytics, and improve campaign results for the agency. I also led a data management and dashboarding project as a Project Manager for the Ministère de l’Education Nationale, including team training and coordination across departments.
