Currently, I am working as an Assistant Vice President at Sundae Capital Advisors Private Limited, a SEBI registered Category I Merchant banker. In this role, I have managed SME IPOs, Rights Issue, and Further Issue. I am responsible for pre-IPO due diligence of companies and managing compliances and due diligence of various transactions. I have a strong skill set in mergers and acquisitions, transactions, takeovers and buybacks of listed companies, compliance, delisting of equity shares, advisory of ESOPs, and due diligence of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). I have also gained expertise in pricing valuation for various capital market transactions and drafting of legal documents.
Prior to my current role, I worked as an Assistant Manager at SPA Capital Advisors Limited, a SEBI registered Category I Merchant banker. During my tenure, I handled rights issues of the main board, advisory/consulting, buyback of equity shares of listed companies, and due diligence of capital market transactions. I also gained experience in mergers and acquisitions and drafting of prospectus, letter of offer, and related documents.
Before entering the investment banking industry, I worked as an Audit Associate at Ernst & Young LLP. In this role, I carried out quality audits and other assurance services, examined financial statements, evaluated internal controls, and substantiated the existence of assets through verification of vendor invoices.
