At EY India, I execute M&A assignments across beauty and personal care, retail, and building materials, contributing financial modeling, valuation, market research, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Previously at KPMG India, I completed three M&A deals, including majority acquisitions worth INR 1,800 crore in beauty and personal care and INR 125 crore in ed-tech, while facilitating INR 150 crore of fundraising in apparel. I also supported deal origination through pitch decks, industry overviews, company profiles, buyer and seller identification, and strategic transaction structuring.
I built my foundation at BSR & Co LLP (KPMG), where I managed statutory audit, tax audit, group reporting, and limited-review assignments across automobile, power generation, commercial real estate, and research and development businesses.
I'm a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level I pass-out, with advanced training in financial modelling, forecasting financial statements, and Microsoft Excel. I bring experience working independently and in large teams, including on engagements for clients with revenue above INR 4,000 crore.
