I’ve personally owned 50+ automation projects from requirements through deployment, translating business needs into systems that improve operational efficiency.

At Sahal Softech, I defined and led company-wide automation strategy across concurrent client projects, owning end-to-end execution from requirement gathering through implementation and testing. I lead client discussions and sales calls, and I manage multiple simultaneous projects—holding teams accountable for timelines, quality, and workflow optimization.

Previously, as an Sr. Automation Engineer & Team Lead, I designed and implemented no-code automation and RPA workflows across diverse use cases, delivering 50+ projects with consistent quality. I grew the engineering team from 3 to 23 members through hiring support and technical mentorship, and I’ve built practical AI-enabled automation including a custom voice AI agent, an MCP integration connecting Claude to external APIs/tools, and Python scripts to process 25,000+ files.
