I’m a results-oriented RPA professional with 7+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions. I specialize in leveraging automation, process optimization, and solution design to improve business efficiency and drive measurable outcomes.

Over my career, I’ve built automations using iAutomate, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere, and I’m recognized as a certified Senior Lead RPA Developer in iAutomate and an RPA Developer in Automation Anywhere. I prepare design documentation, develop production-ready bots, and deliver client demonstrations with clear technical guidance.

I also bring strong engineering depth across Software Testing and the SDLC/STLC methodologies, plus automation know-how using XPath expressions in Selenium. With hands-on experience in Core Java and basic SQL working knowledge, I can handle both workflow logic and data-driven requirements confidently.

Currently, as a Lead Software Engineer at FIS, I act as a primary point of contact and lead solution delivery, including managing Production/UAT environments and training client teams. My recent work includes RPA solution design and enhancements, integrating Graph APIs and DLL components, monitoring performance with the Bigeye dashboard, supporting production bots, and migrating bots into FIS infrastructure.
