What I'm looking for

I seek an HR role focused on recruitment, employee relations and HR operations in a collaborative company that values growth, learning, and opportunities to lead projects and improve people processes.

I am an MBA-qualified HR professional with hands-on internship and management trainee experience in staffing, sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, employee relations and HR operations. I have conducted detailed research for my dissertation on stress and spirituality, benchmarked compensation across bands, and managed employee leave, medical and attendance records while drafting HR correspondence for appointments and increments.

I combine HR fundamentals with practical technical skills such as MS Office and digital illustration tools (ProCreate, Adobe Sketch), and I founded a small digital-art business to develop entrepreneurial and project-management abilities.
