What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own client onboarding and operations—coordinating across teams, maintaining clear documentation, and helping customers transition smoothly to the platform.

I guide new clients through the onboarding process as a Consultant at InvestorFlow, making sure platform adoption goes smoothly. I help clients understand features and workflows, coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues, and keep communication and documentation clear for client success.

Before that, I supported executive leadership with calendar coordination and administrative operations at Control Engineering, SRL. I also managed administrative operations—purchasing, invoicing, monthly accounting cycle support, and HR coordination like payroll systems—at Piscicultura Emilio Reyes Vargas, SAS.
