What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute across graphic design, technical illustration, UX/UI, or IT support, using feedback, problem-solving, multitasking, and clear communication to deliver strong work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I've supported McDonald’s UK and ROI and Buffalo Wild Wings US as an L1 IT Service Desk Agent at NCR Voyix, helping with McDonald’s transition from Capgemini to NCR.

I solve hardware and software issues, communicate with clients and respective teams, and work on problem-solving while multitasking across IT and corporate software.

Alongside my IT work, I freelance as a graphic designer and technical illustrator under placebo_design. I create print ads, business cards, logos, brand design, promotional materials, reports, proposals, publications, web graphics, PDF documents, and PowerPoint slides.

I’m a versatile digital artist and responsive communicator who welcomes feedback and implements changes rapidly to exceed original expectations.
