I create clear, user-centered digital experiences through UX/UI design and customer support. My project work includes FocusUp, FitTrack, Dreamly, and a Haven hotel website, where I designed flows, wireframes, UI screens, and interactive Figma prototypes.

At Sitel, I assisted users with product-related issues and identified recurring pain points through daily interactions. This strengthened my ability to understand user needs, reduce friction, and communicate practical solutions.

I also worked as a video editor and ad designer at Digital Rocket, creating visual content with attention to layout, hierarchy, and engagement. As an English tutor at Lynx School, I adapt learning flows based on individual needs and feedback.
