At Hocol, I participated in testing a new procurement management platform and supported 40 companies interested in participating as suppliers. One of the companies I supported reached the contract award stage.
I designed and monitored indicators to track participating companies’ progress, extracted and monitored performance indicators, and followed up on contract performance evaluations.
On a process improvement strategy project with Alianza Team, I proposed developing a premium wet dog food line with functional lipids for the Mexican pet food market.
For a process diagnosis project with Dirección de Proyección social y Engagement - Universidad de La Sabana, I developed general guidelines and process flow diagrams for three academic faculties, identifying similarities and differences in their operational processes.
