I’m looking for a customer support role where I can manage high-volume tickets, resolve iGaming/crypto issues quickly, and uphold KYC compliance—using Zendesk/Salesforce/Intercom to improve customer experience and collaborate across teams.

I manage ticket lifecycle work end-to-end—case handling, problem solving, and conflict resolution—using CRM platforms including Zendesk, Salesforce, and Intercom. I ensure timely resolution while adhering to service level agreements.

In iGaming & cryptocurrency support, I assist with account inquiries, payment issues, wallet problems, and platform navigation. I also escalate complex cases to relevant teams and maintain clear communication throughout the resolution process.

Because I work with sensitive customer data, I bring KYC and regulatory requirements awareness into every verification request.
