What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote role in operations, projects, trust and safety, localization, or customer experience, where I can lead global work, manage vendors and teams, and adapt across time zones.

I've spent thirteen years at Bumble Inc. (formerly Badoo), running operations for Portuguese-speaking markets across Brazil, Angola and Mozambique.

I led a multilingual cybersafety team of 20+ agents across seven languages, investigating abuse reports, managing critical escalations with legal teams, and cooperating with law enforcement on threats against children and adults. I also managed content moderation, customer experience, localization, help-centre content, and marketing operations.

At TransPerfect Brazil, I managed end-to-end domestic and international projects for clients including Samsung, HBO, Bayer, Sanofi, Warner Bros., Roche, LATAM Airlines and Visa, negotiating scope, budgets and deadlines with global vendors.

More recently, I've coordinated Brazilian-market content for Bumble and Badoo, including App Store optimization and social assets, and contributed to Barbie film and 2022 World Cup campaigns adopted globally.
