In my previous role as an Administrative Assistant at L O INOVACAO E TECNOLOGIA LTDA, I managed information and products in an ERP system, organized documents, supported financial routines, and handled public service.
I also have experience in customer service, sales, and tax-related work. I hold a TOEFL ITP certification and have completed training in Google Sheets and Excel.
