Anabel Cutillas Fraile

I’m a Team Leader at OK MOBILITY GROUP, where I manage fleet planning, parking logistics, and workshop coordination. I supervise and schedule a team of 50+ staff to keep daily operations running efficiently.

My customer-focused background includes work as a Mobility Sales Advisor, handling reception and the return of rental vehicles while controlling vehicles throughout the full process. I monitor sales performance and coach staff to improve results, while managing multicultural customer interactions and resolving issues.

Earlier, I served as a Store Manager and led the cartridge and printer sales sector. I supported direct customer service and sales care, including printer repair, telemarketing, and end-to-end store operations such as stock/orders control and inventory and cash control.

With a Psychology degree, I also work as a Psychologist, supporting an interdisciplinary team and providing psychological care and rehabilitation for patients with acquired brain injury. I bring the same structured, people-first mindset to HR work as well—managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for national and international stores.
