What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my operations, team leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and customer-service experience in a new industry or business environment, with opportunities to learn new systems and processes.

I've led restaurant, wine, and resort operations across 20+ years, including 11 years founding and operating Non-Vintage / Maximo's, a fine-dining restaurant and wine bar.

I owned full P&L accountability, negotiated supplier contracts, managed budgets and supply logistics, and built training programs for front- and back-of-house teams. At MGM Resorts International, I directed daily operations for a high-volume F&B establishment, scheduling 100+ employees and executing large-scale resort events.

I'm now bringing my operational discipline, client service focus, and wine industry knowledge to Buster's Liquor & Wine, where I manage inventory metrics, POS reconciliation, and customer relationships.
