At British Red Cross, I co-developed, piloted, and launched a nationwide Continuing Professional Development framework for the Community Education team. I also managed digital learning workflows and designed hybrid workshops for vulnerable community groups.
At GlobalVision International, I designed and implemented an academic curriculum and created professional development workshops for faculty, volunteers, and institutional partners. My work has also included creating educational materials and a database tracking system at Helping Hands Organisation, alongside teaching English in several countries.
