What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help diverse learners build confidence and achieve practical academic, professional, and employability goals through personalised teaching, feedback, mentoring, and well-designed development programmes.

At Burleigh College, I design and deliver ESOL and employability programmes for learners from varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I use assessments, ILPs, reviews, and personalised feedback to turn development needs into practical next steps.

I've contributed to improving an unsatisfactory Ofsted outcome to “Good,” while creating career-relevant materials and interview preparation for Employability Entry Level 2. My earlier supervisory work strengthened my training, coaching, operational problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication.
