NPI joined NOI POLLS as a research data analyst. My role was first I did outbound calls to Clients , upon receiving information, I process with data analyst tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL,Tableau for further presentation
AAI joined Apt Pension as a seasoned Pension Office, always apt in my duties. I made use of computer programs such as quick books to solve customer complain discrepancies, also use of program software Ms Excel was another tool to gather and save data
