In my current self-employed work, I develop owner-side governance frameworks, tender packages, and procurement structures. I also advise on project readiness, risk, constructability, maintainability, and operational integration.

At FLSmidth A/S, I led plant engineering and internal consultancy for global cement project execution. I developed cost-efficient crushing and material-handling concepts with reported savings of approximately 15%, and contributed to process improvements that reportedly saved 10–15% of engineering hours.

Across roles in minerals, cement, and industrial processing, I’ve supported engineering delivery, team capability development, and project execution. I continue authoring industry guidance on best practices for bulk material handling and processing systems.
