I’m an experienced, results-driven Project Manager with 15+ years of progressive experience delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I lead cross-functional teams with a focus on on-time delivery, quality assurance, and budget optimization.

In my current role as a Freelance Construction Consultant (India & UAE), I provide strategic guidance on project planning, budgeting, and execution for small to midsized construction firms. I collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiency through tailored reporting.

Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at Cantilever General Contracting L.L.C in Abu Dhabi, I directed the construction of villas and residential & commercial towers. I managed end-to-end phases from tendering and procurement to delivery and handover, while supervising interiors material selection, design approvals, and on-site implementation.

Earlier, as a Project Manager at Al Wadaihi General Contracting L.L.C, I managed residential villa compounds and mid-rise commercial buildings across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I implemented rigorous quality control that achieved a zero rework rate in the final year, led subcontractor negotiations to reduce procurement costs, and coordinated with clients, consultants, and authorities to meet regulatory expectations.
