At ARACO Architects & Engineering Consultants, I lead supervision and contract administration across residential and mixed-use developments, coordinating project teams, contractors, consultants and authorities. My work includes FIDIC-based variations, claims, EOT matters and programme recovery.
Across major hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects, I recovered approximately 185 days of delay through an alternative construction strategy and achieved approximately AED 22M in cost reductions through value engineering. I’ve also managed senior project and design-development responsibilities for Sofitel Palm Jumeirah and TAJ Exotica Resort.
